Your Satisfaction, Our Mission
A rise in temperature on an electrical component indicates an incident. We find an electrical incident when there is overload, bad connections, unbalanced load, etc. There is a mechanical problem when there is over usage of the ball bearings, bad pressure of the removable contacts, etc. This temperature rise is detected using a device detecting infrared radiation emissions, this device is called a "SCANNER".

An inspection service is usually performed at the beginning of a preventive maintenance to better manage it. In this way, a correction can be made to the equipment before its deterioration and increase its lifespan. A report of the results is provided and includes:
• A color photograph of the incident perceived by the "scanner";
• A real color photo for reference purposes;
• Recommendations for correcting incidents where corrections are needed.

At the end of the preventive maintenance, it is recommended to make one more check of previously detected incidents to ensure the elimination of the temperature rise of the equipment. Infrared inspections are performed by certified DCSM Haute Tension Inc. technicians using state-of-the-art equipment of very high precision. DCSM Haute Tension Inc. has the skills and equipment to help you eliminate any incident detected in the process of a preventive maintenance.
